Middletown Lyric Theatre and the SORG Revitalization Group are honored to present Sarah Tuft’s 110 STORIES — a commemorative production marking the 25th anniversary of the September 11th attacks.
Told through the real testimonies of first responders, survivors, volunteers, and everyday New Yorkers, 110 STORIES captures the emotional truth of 9/11 through the voices of those who lived it. Together, their stories form a vivid, deeply human mosaic of courage, confusion, loss, resilience, and unexpected hope. In this powerful documentary‑style production, the storytellers are the people you know from our own community who step forward to give voice to these firsthand accounts.
We now have an entire generation of young people who were not alive on 9/11, and another who were too young to remember it. This production is not only a tribute — it is an act of education. Theatre has the power to pass down lived experience, to keep memory alive, and to help younger audiences understand the human impact behind history.
We invite you to join us as our community gathers to remember those lost, honor those who survived, and reflect on the legacy of a day that changed the world.
