Woodward Walk The Plank is a music, arts, and fashion festival in celebration of International Talk Like a Pirate Day. This inaugural music & arts festival features vendors, three music acts: Fairmount Girls, The Laughing Chimes, and StaRRanee, and a dynamic fashion flair.
