Do you offer discounted tickets? Tickets purchased prior to 12/1/18 are offered at a discount.

Will tickets sell out? In past years, our New Year’s Eve event has sold out. We recommend buying your tickets in advance to guarantee admission.

Do you have coat check? Yes, at no additional charge.

What alcohol is served?
General Admission:
House Wines & Champagne, Beer: West Side Brewing Tap Takeover – Common Ale, Hefeweizen, Session IPA & Stout. Liquor: San Juan Rum, Svedka Vodka, Gilbey’s Gin, Seagrams 7, Jim Beam, Pepe Lopez Tequila, Canadian Mist, Kahlua, Coconut Rum, Kentucky Tavern and Stuart’s Scotch.

VIP:
All General Admission selections as well as: Dewar’s Scotch, Bacardi Rum, Stoli Vodka, 1800 Tequila, Tanqueray Gin, Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Southern Comfort and Hennessey.

What is the dress code for NYE? New Year’s Eve is a FUN Night! Be festive and think cocktail attire!

What time should I arrive? Doors open promptly at 8:00pm. Be prepared to stand in line outside for a short period of time, we will do our very best to admit everyone as quickly as possible. Please have your ID and ticket ready. VIP Dinner will be served at 8:30pm.

What time is the event over? Last call will be at 12:45am and the event ends at 1:00am.

Do you recommend any hotels? Yes we do, Hotel Covington is conveniently located directly across the street from The Madison Event Center.

Where do I park? Nearby pay lots and The City Center Garage on 7th Street are recommended.

Are tickets refundable? All tickets are non-refundable.

Is there an age requirement? Yes, you must be 21 years of age or older to attend. Please be sure to bring your government-issued photo ID.

What do I need to bring? You will need to have your ticket (printed or pulled up on your phone screen) and your government-issued photo ID ready at the door. Please note that the line for entry is outdoors, so a coat is a good idea too! There will be a coat check available inside.
