Terms of Use

Thank you for purchasing from CincyTicket.
Please note the following Terms Of Use. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to any additional terms stated on that ticket.

1. All sales are final. No request for cancellations, changes or refunds is accepted. Refunds are not available for weather, Acts of God, terrorist events/impacts, or any emergency situations resulting in the event not taking place or being disrupted.

2. If your tickets are to be "held at will call," they will be at the venue box office at the time of performance. The box office is usually open 60 minutes before door time. It would be helpful if you can arrive early to allow for parking and to avoid the last minute rush.

3. You must have a picture ID with you for identification plus your order confirmation number. It would also be helpful to have with you a printout of your order confirmation email. Some venues also require you to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

4. In the event that a performance is either cancelled or postponed, CincyTicket will make every effort to contact every patron via e-mail, time permitting. While CincyTicket regrets the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, CincyTicket cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur, including travel or other expenses related to the event. CincyTicket must comply with the event promoter or venue's instructions regarding a cancelled or postponed event, and will only give refunds if instructed to do so by the promoter or venue. In order to receive a refund or exchange in this situation, you must comply with the promoter or venue's instructions and deadlines, and by purchasing tickets you are agreeing to comply with the promoter or venue's decision on whether or not to offer refunds or exchanges.

5. The conduct of events and performances for tickets purchased is the sole responsibility of the events' organizers and venue operators. CincyTicket cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, death, loss or damages incurred by patrons or their accompanying minors before, during, or after these events, and you waive any claims against CincyTicket and any associated entities.

6. You and your belongings may be searched at entry to an event you purchased tickets for. Venue staff reserves the right to deny you entry for any reason without refund or compensation.

7. Refunds on tickets purchased are typically made for a CANCELLED EVENT ONLY, and is at the discretion of the event producer. Times, dates, locations, performers, and event details are all subject to change. In all instances when a ticket is refunded, only the cost of the ticket is refunded, not the service fees.

8. When you purchase a ticket from CincyTicket, you agree not to dispute the charge or seek a chargeback from your credit card company. If you do, your tickets and account may be cancelled, and you may be banned from future purchase on the Site. You will also be held liable for the full amount of the purchase as well as any chargeback-related fees incurred by CincyTicket.

9. All patrons purchasing from CincyTicket must do so in the light of the above limitations.
